Who owns antiquity ?

The World Affairs Council in Seattle will be hosting Dr. James Cuno, Director of the Art Institute of Chicago, for a lecture at the Seattle Art Museum. Dr. Cuno’s lecture on Tuesday, January 13 will address the topic of who owns antiquity and whether cultural art should be kept as state property or circulated as global heritage.
