Whistler Film Festival call for submissions

The Whistler Film Festival is looking for submissions for the 10th annual edition. This year the festival will run from December 1st to 5th 2010.

Canadian and international filmmakers are welcome to submit in all lengths and genres, and there are six juried awards and one audience award that the final selections may be eligible for.
The short film deadline ($25 entry fee) is July 19. The feature film deadline ($40) is August 3.

Connecticut Film Festival: Call for submissions

The 5th Annual Connecticut Film, Writers, Music & Interactive Festival and Conference is accepting film and script submissions for the June 2-7, 2009 festival being held in downtown Danbury CT. The festival and conference will feature the exhibition and competition of more than 130 independent films, 100 music performances and 100 workshops, panels and keynotes as well as dozens of parties, industry VIP events and network opportunities.

Deadline for submissions is April 15th, 2009.
