Yu Panglin, owner of the property, has offered $13,000 in prize money. In July Mr. Yu, a real estate tycoon and philanthropist, donated the 5,600-square-foot town house in the Kowloon area of Hong Kong to that region’s government for the purpose of turning it into a memorial for Lee.
